So I decided to invest in a day with Brian and surprise surprise, like most things in life, if you actually understand what you are doing, the finished product is better.

I had two speeches to make, the first in Brussels to about 150 people in the leasing industry. I was hesitant in using Brian's techniques but stuck with it. Despite my talk being the first slot after lunch, I stayed awake and so did all the delegates. The second speech was to 1400 people at an annual dinner in the Grosvenor House. This time, I was more confident with the techniques and tricks of the trade. It went down well. My next objective is to drop the notes...I am almost there.

The cost is minimal compared to the return. Don't think twice, spend the money - it's an investment which you will benefit from over the long term
